I'm very very excited about vacationing to Whistler BC with a bunch friends next week! Also tomorrow is the second Evergreen contradance which I am looking forward to, and Sunday is the Black Nativity show in Seattle with the fam. Good times ahead.

P.S. it got down to 6 degrees last week... wtf???
This also means that everyone in my life has been throwing yarn at me and wondering if I will knit them things. So my roommates have some nice new hats and gloves. Let me show you some pictures.
Oh by the way, all of these things are lined with a thin layer of fleece. So warm and so cute. So that's what I've been doing.
I'm pretty excited about the classes I'm registered for next quarter, they all have something to do with teaching, they are called Language Literature and the Schools, Class and Education, and Saving the World: Learning and Teaching. So you can see what direction I am heading in...

What beautiful gloves and hat!! Your roomies are SO SO SO SO lucky to have someone knit them such beautiful gloves and a hat too. I believe that my world would be totally rocked if someone knit me beautiful gloves and a hat. If someone did that, made me beautiful gloves and a hat, I mean, I would consider myself the luckiest person on the planet and I would wear my beautiful gloves and hat everywhere!
